And, oh boy! I am very happy to announce (drum roll please......) that I am now a member of SC Design Team (January-June 2011) I am sooo happy! and not to mention , very excited of what will going to happen in the next 6 months of my DT term. It's my first to be in a DT (so that explains how excited I am...) I will be part of the Challenge Team over at SC so, I am inviting you all to join us over there and I am sure that you'll enjoy every challenges we'll be preparing for you!
So for this special hop, we are asked to make a paper project from this sketch:
What I like about this sketch is the use of mini-pictures which is currently my style..
And here is what I came up with...
I kept my layout clean and simple...just using some glimmer mist at the background. The use of paper strips made the background complete and just add a good amount of color. I fussy cut some glittered flower from a patterned paper for embellishment..nice and easy! If you have noticed, most of my layouts are graced by butterflies...and I love making butterfly traces from glitter glue, rhinestones, etc..and in this LO I used pearls.
So there it is..hope you like it!
And for the chance to win some sweet stuff....
1. One person who leaves a comment on all the blogs in the hop will get a chance to win the new Spring Market collection from Webster's Page, including chipboard button and twine.
